1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or engaging in business with Garden to Global Exports Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, buyers, and third parties dealing with us.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and seasonal supply.

  • We reserve the right to substitute or discontinue items without prior notice if unavailable.

  • Product descriptions, sizes, and appearances may vary slightly due to the natural nature of agricultural goods.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD or PKR unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are exclusive of shipping, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable charges.

  • Orders will be confirmed only after receiving full or partial advance payment (as agreed).

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, LC, or as agreed in writing.


4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders must be placed in writing via email or official purchase order.

  • Once confirmed, changes or cancellations must be communicated within 24 hours.

  • Processing time varies depending on product type and quantity (generally 2–5 working days).

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers or border control.

  • Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once goods leave our warehouse, unless agreed otherwise (Incoterms apply).


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis with supporting evidence.


7. Quality Assurance

  • We strive to provide high-quality, export-grade agricultural goods.

  • All goods are inspected and packaged as per agreed standards.

  • Certificates (e.g. phytosanitary) can be provided upon request.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, brochures, and labels—such as logos, text, images, and design—is the property of Garden to Global Exports Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays or damages caused during shipping or due to force majeure events

  • Losses resulting from buyer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products


Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods sold.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
